Customized Implant Abutment & Zirconia Crowns

Our Sukhumvit dental hospital lab is also the first-of-its-kind that performs an end-to-end digitalized dental implant prostheses function. Your dental implant abutment, crown, bridges and prosthese can be customized to fit you and only you perfectly.

Our dental lab uses technology from Germany to fabricate Straumann implant ingots from Switzerland. Digital computerized units mills your implant abutment specific shape required by your prosthodontist to fit various occlusional bite. Your all ceramic zirconia crown is then shaped based on surrounding and adjacent teeth designed digitally with precision.

Use Computer Aided Design (CAD) software, the implant abument is designed digitally specific to patient needs

Step3 : Digital fabrication of abument

The ignot is loaded into Computer Aided Milling (CAM) machine to shape the abutment to customzied shape

Step 4 : Milling of Implant Abutment

The ignot block is milled digitally to shape based on CAD design

Step 5 : Customized Implant Abutment

On completion, a customzied implant abutment is obtained from CAM

Step6 : Digital fabrication of zirconia crown
